Nutella Cookies

IMG_6276.jpeg

My children are “addicted” to Nutella chocolate spread. Period. Their favorite breakfast is baguette slices, spread with Nutella. As for me, I feel so guilty just from licking the knife or even just looking at it.

When I incorporate nutella into cookies and cakes, my kids are even happier.

These cookies are so simple, almost primitive.

I tried the recipe also with non-dairy chocolate-hazelnut spread. They came out SO good!

  • 4 tbsp. all-purpose flour

  • 4 tbsp. Nutella spread

  • 1 egg

  • A pinch of salt

  1. Heat the oven (370°)

  2. Mix all of the ingredients well.

  3. Using 2 spoons, drop some of the batter (about 1 full tbsp.) on s lined baking pan.

  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes. No more. They need to be firm a bit but gooey inside.

  5. Let them cool off and store in an airtight container.
