Vanilla-cheese phyllo fingers

  • Phyllo dough sheets

  • Pam’s spray- I used butter spray 

    For the filling:

  • ¾ c light sour cream 

  • 3 tbsp cream cheese

  • 3 tbsp vanilla instant pudding 

  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar or a dash of vanilla extract 

  • 2 tbsp sugar 

  • Mix well 

  1. Spray 3 layers of phyllo dough. Cut in half. 

  2. Put the filling along the dough and form a cigar. 

  3. Spray the top with Pam’s spray. 

  4. Bake for 30 minutes till brown (400°) 

  5. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate ganache.
