Oven -baked onion rings

  • 2 big onions

  • Flour

  • 3 eggs 

  • Bread crumbs 

  • 2 tbsp oil 

  • Pam’s spray 

  • Salt and pepper 

  • 1 tsp garlic powder 

  1. Peel the onions and cut in half (crosswise). Separate it into rings. 

  2. In a Ziploc bag, put some flour and the rings. Shake well. Take out and season. 

  3. Beat the eggs with the oil. 

  4. Dip the floured rings in the eggs and then in the bread crumbs. Line the rings on a pan with parchment paper. 

  5. Spray the rings with the oil spray. 

  6. Bake (400°) for 25 minutes.
