This recipe is our go-to, no-fail recipe for salmon.

It’s so easy yet impressive and delicious.

  • 6 salmon fillets

  • ⅓ cup teriyaki sauce

  • 1 tsp. fresh ginger

  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed

  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

  • 2 tsp. sesame oil

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1 sliced scallion

  • 2 tbsp. chopped cilantro.

  1. Place all of the marinate  ingredients (except for the scallion and cilantro) in a ziplock bag. Mix in the bag and add the fish.

  2. Marinate for 15 minutes or longer if you have more time.

  3. Heat a wide skillet and pour in it the marinate liquid. Add the Salomon.

  4. Cook uncovered on high heat. Make sure it doesn’t burn. The fish needs to be very brown and a bit crispy. Cook 4 minutes on each side.

  5. If there’s a need, add some more teriyaki sauce and a bit of oil.

  6. Garnish with cilantro and scallion and serve plain white rice.
