Spicy tomato and herb salad (an Arabic salad)

  • 2 tomatoes, cut into big cubes 

  • 1-2 chili peppers, chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed 

  • ¼ cup cilantro or parsley or both, chopped 

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil 

  • ¼ cup lemon juice 


  1. Mix all of the ingredients. 

  2. Let it stand for 15 minutes and fix seasoning.
