Asian-style Brussels sprouts and mushrooms
3 cups shaved Brussels sprout
1 box of mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp. oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. Teriyaki sauce
1 tsp. Trader Joe’s Umami seasoning
Heat the oil and sauté the mushrooms on high heat.
Add the Brussels sprouts and garlic and sauté for 5 minutes.
Season and add the teriyaki sauce.
Cook for 2 more minutes on high heat.
