Asian-style Brussels sprouts and mushrooms

  • 3 cups shaved Brussels sprout

  • 1 box of mushrooms, sliced 

  • 1 tsp. oil

  • 1 garlic clove, crushed 

  • Salt and pepper 

  • 1 tbsp. Teriyaki sauce 

  • 1 tsp. Trader Joe’s Umami seasoning 

  1. Heat the oil and sauté the mushrooms on high heat. 

  2. Add the Brussels sprouts and garlic and sauté for 5 minutes. 

  3. Season and add the teriyaki sauce. 

  4. Cook for 2 more minutes on high heat.
