Herbed zucchini-turkey burgers:

  • 1 lb. ground turkey

  • 1 cup of herbs: mint, parsley and cilantro

  • 3 scallions

  • 3 garlic cloves

  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil

  • 1 tsp. cumin

  • ½ tsp. hot paprika

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1 big zucchini

  • 1 egg (you may need to use only part of it. It depends on the consistency)

  • 2 tbsp. breadcrumbs

  1. In a food processor, place all the vegetables and chop.

  2. Mix with the rest of the ingredients. Fix seasoning.

  3. Form patties and grill, 10 minutes on each side.
