GF orange and chocolate crinkle cookies
200 gr dark chocolate
3 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
Orange zest from 1 orange
¼ cup ground walnuts
1 tsp. baking powder
½ cup ground almonds (not almond meal)
½ cup potato starch
2-3 tbsp. orange juice
For rolling:
Regular sugar
Powdered sugar
Preheat the oven (370°)
Melt the chocolate with the butter. Transfer to a bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
Let the dough rest for st least 5 hours. Refrigerate.
Form small balls. Roll each ball first in the regular sugar and them in the powdered sugar.
Bake for 12-15 minutes. Don’t overbake as they need to be a bit gooey in the center.
