‘’L’Intriya’’- Moroccan-style noodles

  • 1 cup Vermicelli noodles

  • 200 gr. Egg noodles

  • 1 tbsp. Turmeric

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • ¼ cup oil

  • 1 tbsp. salt

  • ½ tsp. black pepper

  1. Heat the oil in a wide skillet and fry the onion for 3 minutes. Add the Vermicelli noodles and fry for 6 minutes till the noodles are golden brown.

  2. Cook the egg noodles according to the directions on the box. Strain.

  3. Mix the fried onion, fried noodles and egg noodles. Add the spices and mix.
