Moroccan cookies -“Reif”
4 c flour
¾ c oil
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup beer
1/4 cup water
⅓ cup sugar
3 tbsp fennel seeds
3 tbsp sesame seeds
Mix all the ingredients but the flour.
Add 3 ½ c flour and mix. Dough should be soft but not sticky. Add as much more as necessary.
Roll out and cut into strips or squares.
Bake for 25 minutes (380°)
