Asian shaved Brussels sprouts salad
3 cups shaved Brussels sprouts
For the dressing:
2 tbsp. Teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp. Soy sauce
1 tsp. Fresh ground ginger
3 tbsp. Oil
Pepper
1 tsp. Lemon juice
For topping:
1/ 4 c. slivered almonds, toasted
½ c. Ramen noodles (DRY! No water added) from a Ramen noodle cup.
Heat a skillet and spray it with oil spray. Add the noodles and toast them till they are golden brown. Set aside.
Mix all of the dressing ingredients. Pour over the brussels sprouts. Mix well.
Top the salad with almonds and noodles.
