GF “Baci Di Dama” cookies
This is a gluten free version of the Italian cookies “Baci Di Dama”, which means in Italian the “lLady Kisses”.
1 cup ground hazelnuts
3/4 cup ground pecans
3/4 cup potato starch
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 cup potato starch
3/4 cup powdered sugar
80 gr. margarine or butter
1/4 tsp. salt
Any kind of chocolate and hazelnut spread
Preheat oven (350°)
Mix all of the ingredients till a dough comes together.
Refrigerate for 30 minute.s.
Take the dough out and form small balls.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
once cookies are cool, spread some chocolate spread and make sandwiches.
