Walnut and cardamom Ghriba

2 cups of pecans, walnuts or a mix of both, lightly roasted.
1/2 cup sugar

1 tbsp. orange blossom water- optional

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. cardamom

3 eggs

  1. Preheat the oven (370°)

  2. place the nuts and sugar in a food processor and grind.
    2. Add the spices and eggs and pulse till you get a wet but not runny mix.

  3. Form balls and roll in powdered sugar and put in baking cups.

  4. Bake for 12-13 minutes, till the cookie is firm on the outside. Don’t over bake them..
