Moroccan-inspired Tzatziki

IMG_7007.jpeg

I love Tzaxiki. It’s healthy and we eat it either as a refreshing summery soup or as a dressing to a salad .

Here is a zesty version of it with a Moroccan “twist”.

  • 2 cucumbers, washed

  • 3 radishes, washed

  • 1 garlic clove

  • ½ tsp. black pepper

  • ¾ tsp. black pepper

  • 1/4 red chili pepper, chopped (optional)

  • ½ tsp. cumin

  • ½ cup low-fat Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp. chopped parsley

  • 1 tbsp. chopped dill

  1. Using a grater, grate the cucumbers, garlic and radishes. Squeeze excess water.

  2. Mix with the rest of the ingredients and fix seasoning.
