Middle Eastern flat bread (Lafa)

4 cups flour 

¾ tbsp. yeast

1 tbsp. olive oil 

1 tbsp. Sugar

1 FB lat tbsp. salt 

1 cup warm water 

  1. Place the flour, sugar as ns yeast in a mixer bowl and mix. Add the olive oil.

  2. Start adding the water and mixing. Add ¾ while Kneading.  Add the rest or dine of it if needed. Dough should be soft and elastic but not too sticky. 

  3. After 5 minutes add the salt and knead for 5 more minutes. Transfer to a greased bowl and let it rest for 20 minutes. 

  4. Divide the dough into equal balls and let it rest for 15 minutes. 

  5. Roll out each ball into a thin circle. 

  6. Heat a wide skillet and place the bread in it. 

  7. Cook 3 minutes in each side.
