Mujadrah- a dish of bulgur, shredded grape leaves, lentils and onions

I didn’t grow up eating bulgur or lentils. There aren’t many Moroccan dishes in the Moroccan cuisine that call for lentils, let alone bulgur.

Still, I love Bulgur. It’s so easy to work with. It has this nutty flavor and it’s so versatile, it can be added to salads, to dishes or be eaten like rice.
