“TIRFAS”- Moroccan Peanut Cookies
1.5 c roasted unsalted peanuts
7 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground clove
1/2 tsp. cardamom
1 egg
powdered sugar for rolling
In a food processor grind the peanuts with the sugar. Transfer to a bowl
Add spices and egg. Mix well.
Form balls and roll in powder sugar before placing them in baking cups.
Bake for 12-15 minute in 370. Don’t over bake
