“TIRFAS”- Moroccan Peanut Cookies

  • 1.5 c roasted unsalted peanuts 

  • 7 tbsp. sugar

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon 

  • 1/2 tsp  ground clove 

  • 1/2 tsp. cardamom

  • 1 egg 

  • powdered sugar for rolling

  1. In a food processor grind the peanuts with the sugar. Transfer to a bowl

  2. Add spices and egg. Mix well. 

  3. Form balls and roll in powder sugar before placing them in baking cups. 

  4. Bake for 12-15 minute in 370. Don’t over bake
