Jerusalem mix in “Lachuch”, Yemenite flatbread
2 onions, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
5-6 chicken livers, slightly grilled
1 tbsp. cumin
1 ½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. Hwayej
1 tsp. paprika
Sauté the onions for 5 minutes. Add the spices and stir.
Add the garlic and mix. Add the meats and let cook for 6 minutes.
Mix it and fix seasoning.
It’s ready when the meats change their color. Don’t overcook.
Serve with pita bread or with Lachuch
