Jerusalem mix in “Lachuch”, Yemenite flatbread

  • 2 onions, thinly sliced 

  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped 

  • 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced 

  • 5-6 chicken livers, slightly grilled 

  • 1 tbsp. cumin 

  • 1 ½ tsp. salt

  • 1 tsp. black pepper 

  • 2 tbsp. Hwayej 

  • 1 tsp. paprika 

  1. Sauté the onions for 5 minutes. Add the spices and stir. 

  2. Add the garlic and mix. Add the meats and let cook for 6 minutes. 

  3. Mix it and fix seasoning. 

  4. It’s ready when the meats change their color. Don’t overcook. 

  5. Serve with pita bread or with Lachuch
