Honey- smoked paprika pastrami
1.5 lb. whole turkey breast
2 tbsp. smoked paprika
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preheat the oven to 370
Put the breast in a big Ziploc bag. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake. Let it absorb the spices for a few hours or even overnight.
Grill for about 1-1.5 hours. Don’t overcook so it will not dry out. I use a meat thermometer to check the temperature.
Serve with rustic bread and pickles.
