Honey- smoked paprika pastrami

  • 1.5 lb. whole turkey breast

  • 2 tbsp. smoked paprika

  • 3 tbsp. honey

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

  1. Preheat the oven to 370

  2. Put the breast in a big Ziploc bag. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake. Let it absorb the spices for a few hours or even overnight.

  3. Grill for about 1-1.5 hours. Don’t overcook so it will not dry out. I use a meat thermometer to check the temperature.

  4. Serve with rustic bread and pickles.
