Basic Tahini Sauce

  • 1/3 tahini paste

  • 1 crushed garlic clove

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (I don't like my tahini sour) 

  • 4-5 tbsp cold water

  • 1 tsp. salt

Mix well all of the ingredients. The consistency should be similar to the consistency of yogurt.
