Israeli-Style Boneless Chicken Thighs in a Ziplock Bag
It can’t get any easier. Just shake and grill. It’s the perfect dish for a light summertime dinner or for a BBQ
8 boneless chicken thighs
3 tbsp. Olive oil
2 tbsp. Shawarma mix store bought or see recipe below)
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, crushed
Put all of the ingredients in a ziploc bag.
Marinate for a few hours or even overnight.
Grill for 10 minus on each side..
How to make Shawarma mix:
Mix:
1 tsp. cumin / 1 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. powdered garlic
½ tsp. allspice
½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp pepper
