Israeli-Style Boneless Chicken Thighs in a Ziplock Bag

It can’t get any easier. Just shake and grill. It’s the perfect dish for a light summertime dinner or for a BBQ

  • 8 boneless chicken thighs

  • 3 tbsp. Olive oil

  • 2 tbsp. Shawarma mix store bought or see recipe below)

  • 1 onion, thinly sliced

  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed 

  1. Put all of the ingredients in a ziploc bag. 

  2. Marinate for a few hours or even overnight.

  3. Grill for 10 minus on each side..


How to make Shawarma mix:

Mix: 

  • 1 tsp. cumin / 1 tsp. paprika

  • 1 tbsp. powdered garlic

  • ½ tsp. allspice

  • ½ tsp turmeric

  •  1 tsp. salt 

  • ½ tsp pepper
